6th Gen Accord (98-02) Carbon Fiber MultiGauge
What is it?
The Accord MultiGauge is a drop-in digital gauge cluster designed for select 6th Gen Accords (1998–2002) that use the center digital clock / hazard assembly shown in the compatibility photo. If your dash does not match that photo, this product will not fit. It replaces the factory center clock/hazard assembly in the dash and turns that space into a live engine monitor — without changing the classic Honda interior look.
On the 320×240 color display, you get a digital clock plus real-time PCM data: RPM, speed, throttle, coolant and intake temps, MAP, battery voltage, fuel trims, O2 voltage, ignition timing, and a check-engine indicator when codes are present. No extra buttons, no touchscreen, no modern-looking add-ons — it looks like it belongs in a late-90s Accord because it is the clock spot.
What does it do?

How does it work?
- Install the MultiGauge in place of the OEM center clock assembly (hazard switch transfers from your original clock — see Package Contents).
- Connect the included wiring harness to the stock clock connector (Power, Ground, ACC, Illumination).
- Route the included OBD2/K-Line cable to the driver-side OBD2 port and connect to Pin 7 (K-Line).
- Power on with the key in ACC or ON — the gauge talks to the PCM over ISO 9141-2 / K-Line OBD-II at 10400 baud and streams live sensor data to the screen.
- Stealth UI — no extra controls Everything is controlled with the factory headlight switch. Quick ON/OFF “flicks” within a 3-second window trigger hidden modes:
- 2 Flicks: WiFi Quick-Start (status, clock sync, code scan)
- 4 Flicks: Setup & Config (full web settings + on-screen instructions)
- 6 Flicks: Performance Mode
- 8 Flicks: Update Mode (OTA firmware)

Why did you make it?
I love the 6th Gen platform, but finding a used clock that isn’t scratched or failing is getting nearly impossible. Instead of hunting for 20-year-old plastic, I built something better: a direct OEM replacement that keeps the factory aesthetic while opening a window into the car’s brain — live data, WiFi diagnostics, and code clearing without ruining the classic Honda interior.

Compatibility
- Required — all must match:
- Dashboard layout: Intended ONLY for vehicles with this type of clock assembly
- Engine: Validated on 4-cylinder (I4) and V6 platforms.
- OBD2: Vehicle must have a factory OBD2 port (1998+ US-market Accords)..
- Hazard switch fitment: Enclosure slot is designed for 2001–2002 style hazard switches. 1998–2000 hazard switches are physically different and will fit the current enclosure, but a bit on the loose side. You must transfer your OEM hazard switch — we do not provide one.
- Not compatible with: pre-OBD2 vehicles.

What's not included
- Hazard switch — not provided. You must remove and transfer the OEM hazard switch from your original factory clock assembly into the MultiGauge slot. This is required for a complete install and preserves your factory hazard function.Installation tools — basic hand tools for dash removal (panel tools, screwdrivers, etc.) are not included.
- Smartphone / laptop — required only for WiFi setup, code scanning, and OTA updates.
Installation Overview
- Remove the factory center clock/hazard assembly from the dash.
- Transfer the OEM hazard switch into the MultiGauge assembly.
- Connect the MultiGauge harness to the stock clock connector.
- Route the K-Line cable through the dash to the OBD2 port (Pin 7).
- Press the assembly into the dash opening from the sides — not the screen. Fit is intentionally tight. Detailed step-by-step instructions are included with your order.
Notes for Buyers
- Fitment policy: No refunds or returns for incorrect vehicle fitment if your dashboard does not match the reference photo and compatibility requirements above.
- First boot opens a 2-minute setup window for initial clock sync and unit configuration via WiFi.
- WiFi turns off automatically after inactivity; PCM communication resumes shortly after.
- Performance Mode is intended for closed-course / safe testing — speed data comes from the PCM VSS, not a dedicated GPS or drag-strip timer.
